Tool Manager Questions

Hi everyone, I am starting to build a tool database using the standalone tool manager from 2022. Do you know if the database will be able to be used in older versions? Also I attached an image of an error i was receiving while trying to build my assemblies. Also just looking for some quality learning resources for using this...I don't ever want to have to build another basic tool from scratch again. It's finally time for a quality tool library with assemblies holders and extensions.

Not sure about the stand alone but im pretty sure the same will apply...

Tool libraries are not backward compatible, which is the same, i think, for any software.

The new can read the old but old cannot read the new.

Build in the oldest version you want to support and go from there.

I'm using 2022 already but it's okay, they're finally going to buy me X+ setup sheets. So I actually don't need to use 2019 for setup sheets anymore.
