No Mastercam license found, despite having HLE license and Codemeter running

Hi,

 I have just installed Mastercam 2021 HLE activated my license,

but whenever I start the program, it gives me the message: "No Mastercam license found. Do you have an activation code?"

I have no idea what is going on.

I can't link my account either Mastercamdotcomlinking fails to generate code.

Does anyone have an idea?

Codemeter shows that my license is active, yet when mastercam starts, it doesn't detect it.

Firewall is currently deactivated, so it os probably not the issue.

Any idea?

Did you create an account on Mastercam.com and activate your license?

and

HLE versions have 14 month life span. Maybe your HLE 2021 version has expired??

I would go on Mastercam.com and download HLE 2022

I'm assuming you have gone to Mastercam.com, created an account and received your license

Try going to Mastercam Launcher and set it for Software

You can find Launcher  in the Mastercam dropdowns in the Start menus

Thanks, I tried that but it did not work.

I do have an account at mastercam.com

When I clicked on download HLE version, it downloaded Mastercam2021 instead. I received an activation code by email, which I used to get a license which appears in a CmContainer in codemeter as Mastercam evaluation 2019 and newer. During the activation, it appeared as "Demo".
