Help with changing contour start point

Hi,

I am trying to adjust the lead-in/lead-out start point on a contour of a square toolpath. The default chosen start point is the middle of the chain. I would like to to be on the top (back) left corner. Editing the startpoint does nothing (its already referenced to the corner). Checking "Use Entry Point" in lead-in page does nothing.

Note that I cannot break up the toolpath into 4 separate toolpaths, as I have depth cuts + multipasses which is not how I want to machine this part.

See attached,

Thanks in advance for any help.

Uncheck start at midpoint in closed contours.

If you have roll around corners on it will wrap around the last radius and lead off

There are plenty of ways to manipulate a process. Try "adjust the start of contour" when starting on a corner to allow the tool to lead in on the cut. Add in a smal external radius and you make a beautiful part.
