Menu Glitch

I recently purchased a new desktop (RTX 3080 / 64GB RAM / i9 Processor)

Downloaded the Mastercam 2022 (Including the update packages) ,and since the first try I have been dealing with the side menu graphical glitch.  I have no clue how to fix it. Talked to my local seller and they didn't have any clue. I already made sure that MasterCam is using the high performance GPU from the Nvidia control center. I would really appreciate any help.

Well, you "may" think you're using the high-end graphics card looking at that screen caps suggests to me it is not...

If those are on-board graphics, you will likely have to go into the BIOS and disable it completely..

I just checked my device manager and the only graphic card shown is the RTX 3080. There is no indication of the the native graphic card.

Call the business you purchased the desktop from. They should be able to help.

Theres a menu on the right side of the taskbar where you should be able to open the video card config, there go in the select the software that you want to be running on the graphics card.  Its that way on my NVidia equipped laptop.

If it's a Dell....dump the video driver and download & install the full install package from NVIDIA

It's a GEForce card but it "should" perform reasonably well

Strange...

I looked it up on the NVIDIA site and only founf it listed as a mobile card....perhaps I just missed it...wouldn't be the first time.
