Confused about this part....

So, Is it just me, or, are the dimensions on this part ALL MESSED UP!  Been banging my head against the wall trying to model this part!

Can it be made like the drawing????

I'd have to lay it out to be certain but it looks like it has everything you'd need

Though the depth of the teeth doesn't seem to be called out

Yes, all dimensions for drawing it are there.  But, I think there are conflicts with trying to make all of them viable.

I have modeled it in Solidworks.   My root dimension is correct at 2mm, My cord length at the top is correct at 2.7mm, and the main body is correct.  It's the 35 degrees, 6.7mm dimension, and number of slots that do not coincide.

Roger that was the issue I was seeing. Trying to fit 11 teeth with the sizes they called out is not going to work.

Nope, not crazy at all...after looking at the part you modeled....something doesn't add up for sure.

That's a great drawing with a couple of issues. Seems like normal everyday stuff to me. I remember the cocktail napkin (literally! a cocktail napkin) days back in the 80s...
