Trouble with Toolpath Transform

Interesting...nope it's not..

I do see a usage of transform that I have never done before...I don't knoiw if it's related to that or what.  It's not a post issue and the basic MPFAN does the same... 

I tried a couple different things and still see the same issue....it makes me wonder if it isn't the file itself.

Thanks for checking it out.  Btw, it also does this behavior on two other toolpaths.  What is my usage of transform that you've never seen before?

When I have different planes, I use the Plane option...also the Delta setting,I have only used that in a single plain setting..

I will say, I wonder if the fact that both offsets share the same XY location is a factor in what's happening
