2023 Verify tool orientation not correct compared to backplot and machine sim

Hi all,
Had a bit of a hunt around but couldn't see any other posts about this issue.
I'm having a problem where tool orientation in 4 & 5 axis tool paths is incorrect in verify (popping up with all sorts of false collisions).
What's shown in verify does not match anything in back plot, machine sim or what's actually being posted.

Anyone else having this issue and if so, any idea what's going on and how to fix it? It seemed to happen out of the blue, verified the toolpath and it was fine then the next time I verified it, it was all over the place.
