Rotary 4th Axis Toolpath has too many A values?

I am using a rotary 4th axis toolpath to "surface" the inside of a 16" dia. pulley wheel. the G code had many small y moves and way too many A rotation values. So now while watching the machine cut the rotation is very jittery because of all the A values. I have done 4th axis using Y axis substitution many times before and the motions were much smoother. I saw in another post people recommend using the multiaxis toolpath and post out 4th axis only... But I would really like to know if there is a way to adjust the rotary 4th axis toolpath to just run smoothly. Please help

Here is a link to the Zip2Go.

Yes Zoffen, that helped with the y moves. I would still appreciate help with the A axis issues but on a positive note the part ran okay even with all the small A and Y axis moves. The finish was not as clean as the axis substitution operations but out inspector still signed off on it. I will try to post a picture of it later if I get the chance.
