XYZ zero will be at COR, and offset will match same location in the machine  If there is an offset between the two rotaries, you will need to put that in the post.  Should be a pretty small value in this case.

so I can see  you have some offset number in your sample ,can I put his value in 143 globall offset or settings 116 pivot lenghth?

It's also critical that your work offset in the machine is EXACTLY at the COR in all axis'.  Any error will be doubled when you flip the part 180 degrees.  I dial it in this way:

After getting it close with indicating and probing, I'll do a test cut on a piece of aluminum, with a skim pass, flip 180 degrees, and cut again.  Measure across the faces.  If it's .002" off, move .001" and try again.  You can do this for both rotary axis' and get within tenths.

From solid model 

when edgefinder  A90 and   A-90  was .125  and .123  so I should add this number and the will be my COR ?

The Center of rotation is the distance between the A90 and A-90 / 2. It should be down to 4 decimal places if possible. It should be around 0.125" but it needs to be measured on the machine. Not fully sure what you are trying to do? The Machsim will give rough idea of the motion generated by the toolpaths unless you license the Machsim module and have a post from In-House or Postability that works with the Machsim.

Attaching a file is the best way to get help here with the type of machine you are trying to do this operation on. Other then that you could contact your reseller for help.
