Turning front and back of part maintaining Zero point without using Stock flip option.

Something like this? i am using stock flip but did notice it was flipping to the other side. i see a lot of weird toolpaths in this. i adjusted a few just messing around with it a bit

What stock model? Cannot throw up something that is not complete then say there is a problem with a process that is not showing the problem you are having. Please provide a file with the stock model issue you are having then someone can see exactly what you are seeing.
