Circle mill spring pass? fail

Anyone see a reason springpass fails here?? i tried flipping all the switches so to speak. No effect..... EDIT: MC2023

Try reducing the semi-finish to 1 cut at 0.01" or 2 cuts at 0.01"

SEMI finish just adds passes to the rough. No overlap. I made a contour to get the job done but, thought I had used this before with spring pass. Maybe I never noticed?

I saw this was logged as "D-47248 was created for this issue. " on the other site.

Springpass only happens at final depth regardless of which radio button is checked. I never watched backplot long enough to see that happen Doh. 

Still, I wanted the springpass at each level so contour it is...

Also spring pass doesn't work unless "perpendicular entry" or "start at center" is checked in lead-in. You can ask why.

Also "perpendicular entry" actually means "perpendicular entry/exit"

Pro Tip

set overlap to Pi*D 

where D= finish Ø of the hole - the Ø of the tool

you'll get a spring pass without the lead in/out
