To lead in and out when using the constant Z 'Surface/Finish/Contour' toolpath AND keep the entry point from gradually moving around your workpiece, use a Tangential arc angle of 180.0 under Gap settings.

Moving the entry/exit point around the part with not leave a witness mark, but the motion is obviously less predictable.
