I understand, but you are working with a lathe. Having live tooling doesn't change your machine type.

 

I'm just saying that separating these subjects would make the research a lot easier when you're encountering problems in a particular product of mastercam

Let Admins delete "new topics" if they are not mastercam related.....along the same lines let Admins move a "new topic" to the correct forum.

 

Also let Admins delete topics that have not been answered after a certain period of time.

 

Or let members suggest to Admins all of the above. (this should help weed out dead ends and useless topics)

I echo the option to hide signature images, some are quite obnoxious. I currently use AdBlock to block individual images but its a PITA.

After looking through many of these enhancement requests, lots of them could be resolved if the board offered a private newsreader version. It's also the simplest low overhead way to access the group. Is that still off the table?

Virtually all of them will be resolved with the new forum software.

 

While we would like to present the board in every format/protocol, there may not be an easy way to offer a private newsreader version.

 

My understanding is this is being moved away from (but I understand the benefits)

That only works for the most recent post, it would be nice to jump to the end of every topic.
