QUASER MV204 CV vertical

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this machine or maker? Rumor has it (salesman ) this machine is a hot item in Europe. I'm looking for any info.

Big time con.....I have never heard of or even seen an advertisement of machine made by "Quaser". Not that it makes it a bad machine....tho it does lead to questions about support.

There's not much on the e-net. I did find a couple u-tubes;

 

This shows the machine without the sheet metal along with specs.

 

This shows the machine cutting presumably a low carbon steel.

 

The machine we end up buying is to replace our FADAL 3020 machines for lower tolerance parts. We are looking at the larger Y axis to help supplement our FADAL 6535 for machining plates and alum castings. This vertical has Fanuc electronics, servos and spindle so at least those parts of the machine has good quality. AI NANO is standard.

Hot machine???

There will be a few in the UK becuase they make machines now for Hardinge/BP.

I believe they (Hardinge/BP) don't make any machines now, and that they buy the majority of the range from Quaser with different name on the front.
