There is a web-based translation tool called Babelfish that can be used to translate Forum posts into different languages:

http://babelfish.altavista.com/

A 'Translate' button can also be added to Internet Explorer 5 to jump from any page directly to Babelfish:

http://doc.altavista.com/help/search/avtools.shtml
