Iv'e been running some test cuts in this stuff for a huge quote. It's all 4 and 5 axis surfacing. I had good luck with ceramic face mill for roughing. I am testing a ball cutter from Greenleaf that holds ceramic or carbide. So far It works pretty good with the carbide insert. We dont have the RPM for a 1/2 dia ball ceramic. Anyone have some exerience with this material and tooling that works with it?

We have done some testing a few years ago with the greenleaf ball mills (ceramic insert) prior to them being available to the public. I don't remember the material we cut, but we also had problems with the lack of RPM (10K spindle).
