we cut it every day. mostly from cast blade segments. 50-90 sfm and buy a lot of carbide. when we can we 5 axis grind it, or creep feed grind.

ceramic facemills work really well for roughing

 

agreed.....tho I have found that using toolpaths like dynamic or optirough/volumill/adaptive clearing (all in the same boat) one can do some serious damage in a short amount of time. Treat it like you would inconel and you are in the ballpark
