Do you know g code editor for mac os?

All you need is a plain text editor. Use Text Edit on the Mac and save as .NC

 

But there is no Mac based Cam software.

You can certainly use a text editor on a Mac but for needing to review, edit and backplot code,

there is nothing available for a Mac that comes close to something like NCPlot.

 

Parallels is a great product and gives you the ability share clipboard data between the windows and Mac side.

I am really surprised to see NX for the Mac OS even Team Center. so as of now that is the only Cam that you can get for a Mac. makes you wonder if other are to follow?

G-Wizard Editor/Simulator can be installed on a Mac or PC. It's still in Beta test, so not complete, but it is free and a lot of people are using it.

If you need to open and look at code, a text editor works.

 

G-code is text.

 

G-code verification software is a different request.

Do what computer programers would, use a good code text editor with regular expression search and replace. Notepad++ Home A free one that is pretty good. Ultraedit is another and possibly better but is payed [ https://www.cleverfiles.com/howto/top-5-text-editors-mac.html ]There are also addons for highlighting g-code that greatly help readability.
