If you are just using the Contour toolpath and the geometry you are driving is a spline instead of an arc you will get a bunch of straight-line moves unless you have the Arc Filter / Tolerance setting set...

You could convert the geometry to an arc and solve the problem if this is the case. If you are using the circle mill toolpath I have no answer because I never use it..

I am in need of some help, recently when I have been getting an error message on my biesse A4 cnc machine stating EGA error line 9 error inconsistent data.

 

That only appears for all the circles. Its s simple contour and I haven't had this issue before till today. All my other toolpaths work fine. But when I apply the toolpath to the circles and post process it, it comes off as just a blank on the cnc. It only indicates the stock setup.
