Adivce on adding Indexable drills to tool library

Hey everyone. My company just bought mastercam and I'm working on building our own tool library for both our mills and our lathes. We use indexable drills on both our mills and lathes when feasable. I was wondering how everyone was entering these in their tool libraries? Are you entering them as regular drills or as custom tools?

Thanks in advance for your advice and opinions.

Brandon

I use the tool editor for all insert drills, it only takes a second to change the Ø, angle and/or rads.

If you have a big library it could take longer to find what your looking for, rather than making the quick change in the editor.

For insert drills I just set the angle to 0 and it shows as a flat bottom.
