Use stock for outer boundary - What does it mean?

Does it mean that my tool is too big? Does it mean that the stock-setup is to big?

"Use stock as outer boundary" means that it will alter the tool path for the current operation based on the shape of the stock as it was formed by all previous operations. I recommend using it whenever it is available. I think it is only available for roughing operations. To use it you must start off by describing your raw stock in the stock setup area under "properties".

You mean that if I do not use the "Use stock as outer boundary" so I will not be able to do a final cut?

No, that is not what I said or meant. You will still be able to do a final (finish) cut.
