Hi all,

Just started my new job, I have tried create tool path on OD groove, but its seems like the tool path cutting around the part not exactly what I want, it needs to be done in next week, any help would be appreciated.

Can you post your .MCX file? Hard to tell whats wrong with that amount of information.

OK. Depending on what level of software you have (multi axis?), the easiest way for you to do this would be to create a spline representing the "un-rolled" path of the groove, create a contour operation with compensation off and turn on axis sub. I will try to put a toolpath on the file if I have time today. Hope that gives you an idea.
