Im not understanding the cut and no cut levels being saved into one dxf file, i tried that with no sucess, also in X6 I created the dxf's from geometry that was situated verticaly with the tip at x0 and made/used threadmills for a long time that way now i have to situate the geometry horizontaly, maybe i could get some clarification on this or direction towards my mistakes

It was a tool definition proble, i have been in contact with CNC Software via email and the fix was as follows

1. The tool must be oriented Horizontally, totally on the “Y+” side of the origin. The “X” origin does not matter, but having the bottom of the tool at “X”0 is best.

2. At minimum, there must be 2 closed boundaries on 2 different levels. One for the cutting portion of the tool on a level named “CUT” and a closed non-cutting boundary on a level named “NOCUT”.

I have attached screen shots.
