How do I alter a comment and remove -, _, and spces?

Hello,

I need to write code that will change the program name on a specific line and only that line in the header of the program. What I need is to remove spaces and dashes from the program file in the text of the program to act as a unique identifier for a DNC library. For example: the file name is (AB-1234-67-01 Rev 0 ver 2 Seq 20). I need it to read (DNCID AB1234567R0V2S20) but only on that line in the NC file. Any ideas?
