My Mastercam crash when starting

Good afternoon,

Well my problem is: my Mastercam crash every time when starting, I already uninstall and install it like 5 times, I uninstall .Net frameworks, deleted

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CNC Software, Inc.\Mastercam X6 

 

deleted

 

C:\Users\Username\Documents\my mcamx9\config

 

deleted

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CNC Software, Inc.\Mastercam X6\GUI

 

I already reset my laptop to factory condition but no one was the solution. Please help me

Does it crash immediately?

 

What is your system like? (CPU, O/S, how mucm RAM, what kind of video card (and how much memory is on it), etc...

 

We need more info to help.

 

Also, what is your Windows Performance Index? (4.4-7.9 - located on the Properties of your "Computer".

I have the same problem. I'm running windows 7 x64 , 4GB of RAM, intel graphics card with 1.5 gb of memory, my performance index is a 3.9. Hopefully you can assist me in solving this issue.

Mastercam X9

Advanced Configuration

 

 

Left hand side of window Graphics Support...Hardware acceleration set to disable.

 

Then launch Mastercam, if it works, your Video card is weak or the driver does not support open gl to Mastercam specifications.
