Training on Horizontal Mills

Let's not forget that Mastercam Rookie is looking for horizontal methodologies. So far he's gotten the standard answer go see your reseller, a plain Jane program with a work offset at each face and Fixture Tracking. Does any body else have any methods they use that addresses the issues on topic? I'd be curious myself on specifics on how others deal with these issues and the methods they use.

When I get some time I put up an example like his that has 1 vise column on each face such to where you can do 6 sided machining in 2 operations. I'll throw in some angled features and show full control of Fixture Tracking at the machine using exact coordinates from probe features and a work offset for each part at each table position.

Cheers!

Ok, when I get home and get a little time. I'll post up a few examples.
