Mastercam 2017 install problem

I have been out of circulation for a few years, so forgive me if I seem to be lacking a clue.  I downloaded Mastercam 2017 yesterday, and it seemed to be going fine but when I tried to open it it said "maintenance expired,  you need to download Mastercam.Dll".  But the key I'm using is current.  Has anyone run into this issue?

Check out the maintenance expiration date

You must have an expiration date of June 30 2016 or later
