I have not been able, in 2017, to use keystrokes to turn all levels on / off.

 

Got real used to using it in earlier versions.

 

Other than clicking on the icons to turn things on and off, is there some keystroke combination that will do this?

 

I am using keystroke recording software to execute some laborious tasks, and I used the keystrokes for All on / off quite often.
