Nope and I have parked mine in the middle bottom. Since it does not repect transparency I turned off transparency on quick mask and selection. When they all respect the same setting then I will unshaded them again. I still wish they could parked outside of the graphics area in a tool bar.

In 2017,  I'm having a problem entering a Set Z Depth value at the bottom when working in 2D.     Is that a known bug?       Tried typing it in  or  using a drop down list  pick but it does not want to change.  Weird.

No problems here. I have a fresh install of 2017 Update 3 as of Monday from a clean wipe of the computer of anything related to Mastercam.

It might be a video card problem.   If I pass the mouse cursor over the box,  the number changes to what I had input.
