c axis clamp for drilling

On my old Haas lathe it does not like having the C axis engaged & the spindle clamp on & the live tooling 
all turned on at the same time. I am trying to get a post modified so it will do as follows. 
I tried going through my reseller and just got a post from Postability that does what I want with 
one thing and then messes up on everything else. I only want this to happen with the drilling cycles.
