2017 Active reports will not disply screen shot

I'm trying to use active reports for the first time and appear to have a work station related issue.  If I generate a setup sheet using (mill2) on my pc, I get a blank where the screen shot should be.  I can however open the same file logging in on a different pc, and the picture appears.  Any assistance as to where to look would be great!

TBP what graphics card do you have on the PC with the issue?  Do you have the most up to date graphics card drivers installed?

My pc with the issue is a Quadro K4100M.  the pc that works has some on board graphics card.  It is something I have done to this pc, as it worked correctly in X9 2 weeks ago...

When I create a setup sheet, the screen will momentarily show the toolpath of each operation, but when the file opens, there are just blanks where I would expect the toolpath to appear.  Does anyone know how to correct this?
