Operation Library - Will not save. (mcamx9)

Hello, 

This is my first time reaching out for support over these forums and I hope to continually learn/share moving forward on this forum.

 

I've currently run into an issue, I've only been using mastercam for about a year now, and was thrown into it with little knowledge or training,

I'm attempting to change my default operations library, but cannot get it to save - it's constantly reverting back to the default (C:\Users\Public\Documents\shared mcamx9\lathe\Ops)

Literally I want to default that to (c:\programs\)

I must not be seeing something somewhere. I cannot get it to stick, it's continually reverting, hoping someone can shed some light on it.

I've searched through the forums for this issue already but had no luck.

In the settings, configuration I think you can pick your defaults file there where you set the paths for all the MC files.

 

Or it can be done in the control definition. I haven't done it in a while
