2017 C Axis Cross Contour

Hi. Long time lurker, first time poster. We just updated to 2017 and I'm have a curious problem using C Axis Cross contour. I've created geometry that runs the length of the part and after I chain and backplot it, it appears to be angled slightly. When I post out code it's rotating C 6.127 degrees. The geo is all drawn square, but when you open the plane selector there is a plane titled "chain" that appears to be offset. I can rotation it incrementally that 6.127 degrees but it doesn't change how the toolpath backplots or posts. Any help is appreciated.

When ever I had issues it was always the geometry.

I would set a new plane with your surface solid, then use just contour milling and turn C axis in rotation, and to your new plane
