Changing work offset in 2018

I am trying to use a G58.  I used to change this in the tool path - (rt click) edit selected operations - Renumber Work Offsets, but it does not seem to be working.  So either I am not remembering how to use this tool ( always seemed confusing) or is it a problem in 2018?

Hi!

Se attached picture, this setting should give you G58 in your program, on all tools

If you also x the the Number per operation option  you should get it only in that operation and that tool. look in the parameter explanation for details.
