Haas VR using wrong code in Primary axis

This is the section that outputs a G143. I tried to make it read  fmtrnd(s_abs and/or p_abs) but it did not work correctly.

Sorry I have to think it doesn't you need to dig a lot deeper into the post to see what is really calling the G143. That is only a check not the call for the output.

Thanks for the reply. It is now working. It was only giving a G143 on the B axis. I chnaged the line  if mill5$ | fmtrnd(s_abs) <> 0,  op_5axis = 1 | fmtrnd(p_abs) <> 0,  op_5axis = 1.

 

fmtrnd(s_abs) was the A axis and fmtrnd(p_abs) is the  B axis on our post.

So I was only partially correct. It now outputs a G43 and G143 correctly when it is an "A" or "B" or both move but it does not put it on the correct line.

That is where post debugging skills come into play. Better yet get a hold of your dealer, but have to assume you are determined to sort it out on your own. Do a search about post debugging and you will find some good insight into some things to help you with your journey.
