Odd stock model behavior in 2018

Recommended Posts

In 2018, when I close a file, with display off set for all of the stock models, when I open the file using  MRU all of the stock models are visable. However the display off is still active for all of them!

I have to select all of my stock models, click display on & then again for display off in order to make them not display.

Is this a known bug?

This happened to me today as well

Happens to me everytime I open a 2018 file that has stock models. It's a little irritating.

Has this been addressed?  Anyone have a work around?

Yes this was addressed and working like you would expect.

I mean has anyone come up with a way to fix it? When I open a file that has stock models every one is turned on.

So, no improvement then?  :sofa:

I don't see the same behavior in the SP3 of Mastercam 2018 is what I am saying. I can open and work with stock models like I would expect with no issues. Before SP1 I couldn't say that.

Are you on the latest patch of 2018?

Yes, SP3 (build 20.0.21885.0). I believe for me, it started with sp3, I don't recall having this problem before.
