Our Haas re-seller called this morning and said his quote specifies that the machine came with the option. He thinks that a tech, at some point, may have updated the software and didn't enable it. He's doing some research, but it looks like we might get it.

We got it! No cost. Now we have it on every Haas in the shop, even the TMs
