You have inverse which is giving you the correct output on the Rotary. Change that and see if any one of them give you what you think you want. I suspect after you give it and try and see how bad it might fail if the machine is not doing a move compensation on its own you will revert back to using inverse time which is account for the full travel of your C axis table where the others will not if the machine doesn't have the ability or option to move according to it's exact placement on the table..

VTL is a tricky beast and if you have a hole to machine 46" off from center and you program 20 inch per minutes it might exceed the C Axis capabilities and never achieve that cut. With Inverse time set correctly you will get a smoother motion that if the machine cannot achieve what you need you might get some quality issues you were not getting before, but some lesson are best learned by doing. I could be total off base here so please report back what you come up with after making this change I would like to know the machine, controller and such so if it does work perfectly I tell people who ask me about a machine capable of doing I can recommend one to them.

That is the simplified correct answer, yes.  If you need a snip of code or sample let me know.  I do this regularly for profiles that exceed my XY travel limits.  Have one running at the moment.

what you thing ,this is correctly ????

Looks good to me, backplot it on the machine.  It should exactly like normal XY output but have G12.1 and G13.1 as you have.  I personally would have the G12.1 before the G54 and initial motion but that is preference.  It's going to spin the table with the tool at Z0.
