Hello All ,I have same question for scallop toolpath .Yesterday I running similar part to my sample ,the cavity was not that deep ,and close bottom  of packet .I set up my scallop and tool run  from the top  to bottom very nice .I try the same settings on this part I can see the tool jump from bottom to top .there is because  mu cavity is deeper or there is same settings .I try everything and no good lock

Under the Cut Parameters | Steep/Shallow tab, you just need to uncheck "Use boundaries as machining curves, then collapse." This will keep it from jumping back and forth trying to machine the bottom opening loop and the upper areas as it works its way in.
