MAZATROL LATHE

Our lathe operator is having an issue so I thought I would post this on here for him:

Hi if anyone can help that would be appreciated. I'm working on a Mazak QT-Smart 250M. It's a Mazatrol Smart control. The issue I'm having is with the TNC compensating correctly when boring. I'm using the conversational programing and have the tool info set up properly on the tool data page with the correct tool nose radius. When I run that tool it cuts 2x the radius below what I have programed. Not sure if it has something to do with the parameters but I have tried the user parameter F92,F93,F94 and have tried setting bit 7=1 for all three.

When cutting OD everything is fine with the radius compensation so I'm confused why I'm having this issue with ID turning.
Please help???
Apparently T6 will cut with proper offset but T11 will not....
