Yes, it's softer and stickier thank 6AL-4V. Increase SFM by 10-15%. Same feed per tooth. Make sure to clear the chips with strong flood, if you don't have Thru coolant.

My recommendation for Ti is to always adjust feed first, and not concern myself so much with increasing the speed. When I encounter chatter, the first override I use is the spindle speed, and I'm dropping the RPM. By doing this, you're automatically increasing the feed per tooth.

I like leaving 0.03-0.04 for my finish pass. I find that Ti doesn't like 'light passes'. I avoid spring passes, unless the setup is low rigidity. On a non-rigid setup, the part will flex during the cut. So you either need several light passes, or 1 finish and 1 spring. But I find that is very much tied into how rigidly held the part is.
