5axis post for Okuma trunnion

I am attempting an axis substitution on a bc table table with b axis over at b-90.  I want to cut around the c axis on center line as usual.  I am getting an error that say axis sub. not setup for current machine confg/ toolplane selection.  I have tried with WCS: Top CTplane:  b-90.  I also tried with WCS: Top CTplane: Top.  Anyone ever seen this?  I just heard from Reseller and they said it should support.

Thanks

Steve Austin

that's just a part file, with out the post I can't output code

even if someone were to grab the post file from your Z2G they wouldn't be able to use it due to it being keyed to your hasp key

from the looks of the file I would try rotating the Y axis of your custom plane 180 deg

I used a B/C post that I have and it is posting code with no errors

Alright here is the whole Zip2go.  This is 2018.  I have not had time to make the move yet.

Thank you for your help guys,

Steve Austin

axis sub file.zip

I have that post and that was what I tired and I get the same thing you are getting. I would do what I have already told you to do and that is have your dealer get a hold of Postability and get them to help you get this resolved. 5th Axis CGI is a direct business parent with CNC Software so I can post code with my sim with your post.
