Lathe rough problem

Can someone look at the attached MC file and tell me why I'm getting this error?  I've tried rechaining it, restarting MC, restarting my computer, etc.  The finish toolpath is using the same chain, and it works!

on page 2 , change your rough direction to the  3rd one, Face

change sides on the path.

add a lead in extend .100

change the arrow to  straight down

add a lead out , extend .100

I turn on "use stock for outer boundry"

regen

Thanks.  At 1st I did have the "use stock for outer boundary" selected.  Your way works, but my original way should have worked also...Like this........There is something else going on here.

I figured it out!  That's only a .025" step, and the insert had a 1/32 radius (CNMG 432)!  When I switched to an insert with a 1/64 radius (CNMG 431) it worked!  Chalk this one up to a BRAIN DEAD MOMENT!!!

This is a lot faster to do  

 

if you have problem with the step , simply change the VNMG431 for a CNMG431

Thanks for your reply!  Your right, faster, but I wanted to know why I was getting this.

Why didn't it say something like...Your tool nose radius is to large dummy?

Yes i watched Alaska Offroad Warriors on History, it was a good show since it's the kind of offroading i like , i'm not a big fan of mud drags and rock bouncer 

 

for the error, the Z line is smaller than your tool nose radius, mastercam can't link the wall and the radius correctly
