Lathe rough problem

Thanks.  At 1st I did have the "use stock for outer boundary" selected.  Your way works, but my original way should have worked also...Like this........There is something else going on here.

Why didn't it say something like...Your tool nose radius is to large dummy?

Yes i watched Alaska Offroad Warriors on History, it was a good show since it's the kind of offroading i like , i'm not a big fan of mud drags and rock bouncer 

 

for the error, the Z line is smaller than your tool nose radius, mastercam can't link the wall and the radius correctly
