Cimco 8 adding file extention

I have MC 2019 and using the Cimco 8 editor. Whenever I go to post a program on a particular machine that does not like any file extentions. ie, NC. PST. Tap, etc,  it will always add a .NC.

My control definitions, config system and post dialog box ALL say not to add any extentions. But Cimco will always add the .NC extentions. I have had no luck in trying to force Cimco not to put and extention on the program but I have not found it yet.

What am I missing?

Have you tried Global SetUp  (in the File section of the Ribbon, far right button) in Cimco editor?

Mastercam settings (MD,CD and config.) have no effect on Cimco, other than to select it as an editor in config.

Thanks Nickbe, that did it.

Now I can stop banging my head on the brick wall!!

These settings will give you file with no extension, down side is Windows will not know to open it with Cimco
