Hi Ron,

The planes in Mastercam do not contain any Kinematic data regarding the machine they are being run on. This is due to the fact that all the planes are generic in nature. The angles being output are all calculated by the Post Processor using matrix and/or vector math calculations. This means that the same Mastercam file could be setup and posted for any machine, and it is the job of the Post Processor to generate the proper output, based on the planes used.

By the way that what I did to find what angle the "B" and "C" axis was for a job was to post it

I kind of get what your saying about Kinematic data and being able to post to multi machines

but we create the wcs, and or plane, you think we should be able to  see what angle we typed

into the wcs, and or plane... just saying lol 👻
