I have a 4 axis RH 33 Milltronics VMC . I  have to machine a radius break on a through hole that breaks through on a tubular radius. The hole is 1.58 in diameter. The reverse radius tool I have would work great on a hole that breaks through on a flat plane but not with the information I have with this control if I can program more than 2 axis' interpolations at 1 time. I think I would need the z axis to move geometrically as the tool would interpolate in a circle using the x and y movements. Is there a way to find out how to do this, Thanks!

Create edge curves on bottom edge of the hole.

Use "Xform > Roll > Unwrap option" to flatten the curved geometry. (It will look 'distorted', don't worry.)

With the flattened wireframe at Z0, use a Contour Toolpath.

In the Rotary options, use the "Axis Substitution", and enter the diameter.

You will need to play with the Stock to Leave (might need negative stock), and/or Depth options to get the cut correct, but I've done this successfully with the type of cutter you are describing. Plus, you can use Lead In/Out, and not have to mess with the "Direction button" (lead in/out for Surface paths).
