We have just released Mastercam 2019 and Mastercam 2019 for SOLIDWORKS Update 3 to all customers. This release will NOT expire and requires maintenance of 11/30/18 or later to run.  There is no need to uninstall and reinstall if you have Mastercam 2019 Update 3 PC1 as these are the same version.

 

among the fixes is the

"More colors option causes inconsistent crashes" bug

as noted, I you installed this update as PC1 a couple of weeks ago, you do not need to reinstall

It must have been taken down for some reason.

One of my guys had an update alert pop up this morning but was busy and let it slide.

We just now run Check for updates and got "No update available"

The update is available for download on the Support/Download page of Mastercam.com

I got the update notice yesterday, and updated.  ????????? I wonder why, it got  taken down ???????????

yeah i went to CNC and downloaded it

I downloaded it this am through Mastercam. Ran the installer and lost all my right mouse and keyboard shortcuts. Good thing I just backed everything up last Friday.

Same here.  I was prompted for a few days but was too busy to update.  now I go to help/check for updates and all I get is a message that says no updates available.  Im going to wait a few more days just to be safe.  That kind of scares me

Delivery of MC2019 Update 3 via the Automatic Update Service has been disabled temporarily because it was allowing users without a valid Maintenance date to download and install it. But, it can't be run because of the maintenance date restriction. Several users got tripped up by this and ended up having to then roll back to the original 2019 and then use update patches to get back where they were. To prevent more users from having to go through this pain, we've suspended automatic delivery until we correct what we have to on our end.

The download IS available on the website. Make sure your maintenance expires on November 30, 2018 or later.
