Re-running a single operation in a nest

Is it possible to re-post a single operation in a nested part file? We have 7 operations in two different parts nested. We need to re-run only one of those operations (after a tool size adjustment). It seems that only the entire program can be run, which means running the entire thing again to re-cut one portion.

Any suggestions?

This is the number one reason I created routers. It's on/off switches for each part.

What I call a router is a subprogram that directs tool paths to the appropriate part depending on what variables are set at. If a drill breaks on the fourth part we can turn that part off along with the previous parts so the replaced drill will start on the fifth part. After the drill has run we can turn parts 1,2 and 3 back on and finish the the full cycle for the rest of the parts. The operator has full control to change the variables as is needed. If a work order is a quantity of one or one hundred there is no programming intervention needed.

This method should work nicely:

1. Copy the Nesting Operation

2. In the copied nesting operation, click parameters, then Check out of the page to take you to the Nesting Results page

3. On the nesting results page, select Delete and delete only the profiles you do not want to run as shown in the image below

4. Post only the New nesting toolpath
