Help disabling the Hardware Acceleration.

I am a lab administrator maintaining about 30 computers in the lab.  We have Mastercam in the lab, we don't have the Graphics Card in the machines. So, we did some testing and found the solution that we need to Disable the Hardware acceleration to run the Mastercam smoothly. But the problem is we don't know how to apply this setting for all the profiles. Because there are like 50 students and they sit randomly in the lab. We cannot ask each and every one of them to do this. Please help me applying this setting to all the profiles which use that machine.

Thank you.
