You don't have your sinking matched correctly. With wire you must think about your break points in your chains for the cut you are doing. I remember Sodiek programming at the machine and for shapes like this I would do like you are doing and make a top shape and a bottom shape. I would then tell the control to sync certain points and it would do all the work for me. In Mastercam you need to think the same way since you want the shape cut a certain way you need to make your entities or control points match that. We do the same thing in 5 axis programming. You not finishing out the top shape for the cut and forcing the system to control the bottom cut with the little arc and line. Draw a straight line from each and mentally use that as your process to think about how is the wire going to cut it. Your top shape doesn't lead off the part it stops short, but you want the wire to complete the cut. You need to think about approaching this differently. There are many different stesp to explain so hopefully my levels and names on the levels help to show you a way to go about doing this.

Here is one way to go about it and hopefully it helps give you an idea how to approach it.

Its hard for me to go back and use MCWire after using Esprit. Messes with my head. In Esprit all I do is select those faces and wire path it.

Del, I didn't try that as a process I was just taking his work and showing him how to use what he was doing. I am a hack when it comes to Mastercam wire, but I don't see a solid face selection process so have to assume not possible.

I don't know if Mastercam wire has this or not. It saves time from creating wireframes if the solid is accurate.
